Ivory Ward, DDS
Dr. Ivory Ward was born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Virginia and Maryland. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Ivory received her Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry after completing a two-year Pediatric Residency at New York University College of Dentistry in 2018.
As a pediatric dentist, Dr. Ivory is committed to making every dental visit for your child a positive and enjoyable experience. She believes that every child is unique and treats them based on their individual needs. Her purpose is to create a trusting relationship with her patients and their families to help maintain a life of excellent oral and overall health. She is devoted to see that each child has the best oral healthcare he or she deserves.
Dr. Ivory has had the privilege of providing dental care for underserved patients throughout Maryland, with the Mission of Mercy and Special Olympics. She has also served internationally in Kathmandu and Surkhet, Nepal.
Dr. Ivory is Board Certified in Pediatric Dentistry. She is also certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Northeast Society of Pediatric Dentists, Ohio Dental Assoication and the American Dental Association.
During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, learning new recipes to cook, and traveling.
